12 Hours 'till Summer!

I'm back home in Montreal! It felt so good to be away and disconnected from technology for the past 2 days. It's crazy how hooked and dependent we are to it! I missed it but at the same time I didn't, yep, weird. I was at a gorgeous LAKE 1.5 hours away north of Montreal. It was very relaxing! I hiked in the woods, kayaked, canoed, swam in the lake, paddle-boated, got a great and much needed massage, enjoyed the marble swimming pool, ate yummy things and soaked in the jacuzzi in my room for a while, a perfect little getaway. I have to confess though, I missed Dolly so much, so it feels good to be back home with her.  I have an important meeting tomorrow so wish me luck! :) and right after that I start my new job :D I'm the new Spokes Model for a very well known product. I wish I could tell you which one but I can't, at least not yet :( I've been listening to this song over and over today, I'm in love with it, It's called "California king Bed" by Rihanna, Enjoy the video and the lyrics.

Hope you liked Part 1 of the Bridge Pictures guys! I had so much fun doing this photo shoot, It was a beautiful hot day but SOOO windy on the bridge! 

How is your weekend going? Today I ran 6.5 km, worked, ate at my favourite restaurant and relaxed at the pool. Now I'm about to watch a movie in bed with Dolly! 

Did I tell you I'm participating in the Montreal 10k marathon?? I'm scared!! I feel so not ready! I've always loved working out, but I have never really been a runner. 

Do you think I will be fine and able to finish it??? It is at the end of September!

After The Storm

 I find myself lately remembering and embracing mixed feelings: excitement, sadness, happiness and difficult times I've had in my life and they all suddenly make me feel in a very good and peaceful place.

I always want and dream more and more about everything in my life... career, family, health, money, goals, etc... but when I look back and realized everything I've accomplished but most importantly what I have given, shared and loved, I think I have achieved more than what I had set to myself. And for that, I feel happy, blessed and very thankful. 

If you pay attention, today's pictures show very well that no matter what, the Sun always comes out after the storm ;)
